Company Profile Quality Roofing of Florida, Inc., a third generation licensed and state certified roofing and general contracting firm, opened its doors to the Florida community in 1994 with 15 employees and was incorporated two years later. Today, our company boasts a staff of more than 100 employees who together offer our customers hundreds of years of experience in the roofing industry in Florida as well as other states. Last year, our sales volume exceeded $12 million, with annual goals to exceed prior year by 10%. Our largest project to date has exceeded $3 million. Maintaining our reputation for honesty, professionalism and quality in both the commercial and multi-housing industries is the foundation of our company. Our customers are our strongest supporters with the majority of work we perform due to referrals from our existing and previous clients. Building relationships with other contractors, developers, management companies, architects and suppliers has positioned this firm to handle large, complex projects in a timely manner while containing cost and maintaining profitability. Quality Roofing of Florida, Inc. is qualified in all phases of commercial and residential roofing and is a certified installer for several material manufacturers. New construction, residential projects, roof repairs and roof assessment management services also are provided. We install all types of roofing, including shingle, built up, single ply systems, sheet metal, standing seam, slate and tile. In addition to our dedicated staff trained in various types of roofing, we have invested in a large variety of equipment necessary to complete our projects. This allows us to complete the majority of our work in house, with only a small percentage sub-contracted. With our goal of continuing to meet the roofing needs of our current and new customers, Quality Roofing of Florida, Inc., plans to maintain quality and growth through hiring knowledgeable employees; performing employee training; upgrading equipment; and reviewing, bidding and acquiring larger projects.
